If a Preventative Maintenance Clean is insufficient for your air conditioner then a Deep Clean may be required. A Deep Clean may involve either a Strip & Clean or a Bag Clean.
A Strip & Clean involves removing the fan barrel to clean separately and then proceeding with a standard maintenance clean. Where it is not viable to remove the fan barrel or get access to the air chamber or for a number of other reasons, a Bag Clean may be required.

The technician will check your air conditioner and discuss with you on site prior to starting works.

Faulty air conditioners will not be cleaned until they are operational in case they are unable to be repaired due to parts no longer being available.
Fault Calls & Part Replacements

Any part replacements or rectifications possible at time of fault call will be priced by the technician and then work to only proceed after confirmation from the customer. These works will be due within 7 days of the site visit.

Whilst we endeavour to get all air conditioners operational at time of initial call, this is not always possible. New parts or different technicians may be required, so the information wil be sent back to the office in order to provide a quotation that will be sent out detailing the works recommended.
A 60% deposit on part replacement quotes is due at time of order, prior to ordering of any parts (as they are customer specific and unable to be readily re-used). This is in addition to the payment of the initial call out fee if applicable.
Please note that some faults cannot be diagnosed until the initial fault has been rectified by a part replacement. A new quote for further parts will then be provided before continuing any works
